A 93-year-old retired factory worker from the Fertilizer Factory of Drapetsona, Greece, recalls his time at the factory. While we listen to his memories of how it was to work in a highly toxic environment unfold, Google Street View acts as a time capsule. We see the remnants of his narration as they were captured by the Google car from 2009 till 2019. Found footage from the Fertilizer factory of Drapetsona in the ‘90s, the factory of LARCO, whose workers face mass redundancies, laborers in China being turned into viral TikTok videos, as well as videos from the industrial area of Drapetsona now, are weaved together into a compost of the working class struggles that were and are.
